Two product families, one bearing plant

Yijie Bearing Technology Co., Ltd. is a specialized bearing manufacturer focused on two product families: tapered roller bearings and truck wheel hub units, covering R&D, machining, heat treatment, grinding, assembly and testing. The range serves commercial vehicle axles and wheels, gearboxes, reducers, construction machinery and metallurgical equipment.

Tapered roller bearings are supplied in single row, back-to-back double row (TDO / TDI / SD) and four row configurations from 20 to 320 mm bore, in P6S, P6B and P5 classes. Rollers and raceways are logarithmically profiled so contact stress stays even under misalignment and shock loading, extending service life.

Truck wheel hub units cover Generation 1, 2 and 3 (HA and DA) designs. Each unit integrates a double row tapered bearing, an internal seal and a metered grease charge, with optional ABS sensor ring. End play, torque and run-out are verified on every unit before packing, so it mounts directly onto the spindle and shortens the OEM assembly sequence.

The plant runs CNC turning, controlled heat treatment, grinding, super finishing and automatic assembly lines, supported by laboratories for material, metallography, dimensional and rotational fatigue testing under an ISO 9001 quality system. Products serve the domestic market and export to Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and South America, with drawing or sample based customization and small multi-specification batches welcome.
